We bring together growth thinkers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas, share experience, and challenge conventional wisdom. CIDD operates as a neutral platform where complex policy issues can be examined openly, free from ideological positioning or institutional influence.

What We Do
Applied Policy Research
We generate applied research that addresses real world policy questions. Working closely with universities, think tanks, and subject experts, we explore emerging and often contested issues in economic growth and development. Our research anticipates where policy debates are heading and provides evidence that informs action.
Policy Dialogue & Convening
CIDD convenes high level workshops, roundtables, and symposia that bring policymakers, academics, and development practitioners into focused dialogue. These forums create space for candid exchange, drawing on international experience, current economic thinking, and academic insight to address persistent and emerging policy challenges.
Advisory & Strategic Support
We offer demand-driven advisory support to governments, development partners, and the private sector, including guidance on development strategies, economic analysis, and applied sector research. We work with multilateral and policy institutions to provide decision-makers with reliable, evidence-based insights.
Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination
We publish and disseminate research findings, expert perspectives, and insights from CIDD convened dialogues.
